Minimum Qualifications:

• With at least 3 Years of Call Center Experience
• At least High School Graduate
• With Experience with Chat, Email/ Voice Accounts ( Blended Set UP )
• This is a WORK ON SITE Set Up
• WFH is optional depending on the account
